Q: What are the reception hours?

The reception hours are

9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

9:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday

Closed Sunday and Public Holidays

Q: What are the Checkin and Checkout times?

The Checkin time is 2.00 p.m.

The Checkout time is 10.00 a.m.

Q: Do you have a lift?

There is stairs access only to upper floors and from the underground carpark. 

Q: Do you have any apartments with disabled facilities?

We have one ground floor 2 bedroom apartment suitable for wheelchair access.  This apartment has a wheel in shower and no bath.

Q: How far is the beach?

The beach is straight across the road.  It is a patrolled surf beach and has a Surf Club.

Q: How far away are the shops?

There are restaurants, takeaway, post office, convenience store and chemist all within 2 minutes walk.

Q: How far is it to the town centre

The town centre is about a 20 minutes walk and also public transport goes past our door.

Q: Can my children bring their skateboards or scooters?

For safety reasons, skateboards and scooters are not allowed in the complex or car-park.

Q: Do I need to bring my own linen, etc?

All linen is supplied, just bring a beach towel.  A starter kit of toiletries is supplied for your convenience.

Q: What temperature is the spa and pool?

The spa is heated to a very warm 33 degrees and the 2 pools are heated to a comfortable 28 degrees all year round.
