PLEASE NOTE:
- Rate is per apartment per night
- Off peak includes all dates excluding the above holiday periods
- 2 bedroom rate based on 4 people
- 3 bedroom rate based on 6 people
- Extra person is $15 per person per night (2 bedroom apartment)
- 2 night minimum weekends
- 3 night minimum Public Holiday Long Weekends and during School Holidays
- 5 night minimum Xmas 1
- 5 night minimum Xmas 2
BOOKING DETAILS:
- 1/3 deposit required within 10 days of booking. Balance payable on arrival and not subject to refunds.
- Cancellation Refund: More than 31 days prior to commencement – full refund, less $40 booking fee. 31 to 7 days prior to commencement - deposit retained. Less than 7 days including "no show" - full payment. Early departure will incur a fee.
- Sorry NO PETS due to health regulations.
